Dance lessons

Private dance classes will really get you moving. You’ll be amazed at what you can learn in a matter of weeks – and best of all you’ll never have to bust out your tired old ‘pub moves’ again!

Swing dancing is traditionally danced to big band and swing music, but you can actually dance to most modern/pop music as well and it looks so much cooler than the random ‘freestyle’ dancing most people do. We’ve had total strangers buy us drinks after we’ve busted out some dance moves in various bars around town!

Getting started

A set of 5 classes will cover the basics to get you going. Beyond the basics is where you can polish up your styling and build up a repertoire of fun moves whilst refining technique.

Taking it to the next level

We also cater to swing dancers who’d like to take their dancing to the next level with fancy moves and more advanced techniques and concepts.

We teach as a couple so you’ll get expert advice from both a leader’s and follower’s perspective.

What does it cost?

We charge $75 per hour for private lessons (which means for couples that’s only $37.50 each)

We also offer discounts if you book and pre-pay for sets of classes:

• 15% off for 5-10 classes
• 20% off for over 10 classes
